ITER Direct Employee

The Welcome Office offers taxi services to the Direct Employees of the ITER Organization who need them on their arrival day. You will just have to confirm your needs on the Welcome questionnaire sent by the Welcome Office. On your arrival day, the taxi will be pre-paid and the taxi driver will wait for you in the arrival hall.

Note that only one pre-paid taxi is offered by the Welcome Office. If your family comes on a different date, you may choose to keep the prepaid taxi for their travel instead of yours.

Your other travel expenses will be reimbursed by the ITER Organization, according to the ITER Travel Costs Reimbursement Policy and procedures (sent by the ITER Human resources).
